The flexible speedboat schedule able to coincide with most of the flight arrival in the main airport Velana International Airport (MLE) to Meerufenfushi Island. Meeru is one of the largest island in Maldives with about 1200 meters long by 350 meters wide, about 32 hectares (80 acres). It will take about 45 minutes to walk around the island. The private resort has a wide range of activities that suitable for all age range and be ready to have endless adventure during your stay.

Getting to Meerufenfushi Island

Velana International Airport (MLE), the main international airport for majority of the international flight to Maldives. The airport is located in the capital, Malé.

Speedboat transfers to and from Velana International Airport (MLE) will take about 55 minutes per way from Speed Boat Terminal.

Arrival at Meerufenfushi Island

Speedboat transfer to Meerufenfushi can be arranged to accommodate with the flight arrival as the last speedboat departure from Male airport to Meeru is at 2:00am and the last speedboat departure from Meeru to the airport is scheduled no later than 7:00pm. Maximum waiting time no longer than 1 hour in Velana International Airport (MLE), as long the flight arrival time is within the time range. The staff will meet and greet you at the resort booth in Velana International Airport (MLE).

Season

The best season to travel to Maldives is during December - May with a warm tropical climate throughout the year and do remember to check out the seasonal promotion from time to time.
